Terms & Conditions
By accessing or using the Nova Anchor Management website (including the Quick Mart storefront), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. These terms govern website use and online requests. Separate written agreements may add or replace conditions for paid engagements.
1.1 Agreement and scope
These Terms apply to novaanchormanagement.com and related pages we operate, including Quick Mart. By using the site you confirm you are of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction, or that you use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.
1.2 Website use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content abusively, introduce malware, or disrupt services. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the site or other users.
1.3 Services (All services)
Nova Anchor Management provides professional services across five divisions: Immigration Administrative support; Entertainment & Talent Management; Creative Media, Branding & Design; Human Resources; and Logistics & Shipping. Online descriptions, plans, and summaries are informational only. Scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing for each engagement.
1.4 Service disclaimers
Immigration Administrative support does not replace a lawyer or a regulated immigration consultant when licensed advice is required. Entertainment, creative, HR, and logistics outcomes depend on project facts, third parties, and your timely cooperation. We do not guarantee visas, bookings, rankings, or shipment results unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
1.5 Bookings
The Book Your Service form submits a request (service, preferred date/time, and contact details). A request is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm by email. Fees, deposits, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds, if any, are stated when we confirm or in a separate agreement.
1.6 Plans and pricing pages
Where the site shows service plans or starting prices, amounts are indicative and may change. Final pricing is confirmed before paid work begins. Taxes may apply as required by law.
1.7 Quick Mart: products and orders
Quick Mart is a Nova Anchor Management storefront for groceries and everyday essentials. Product titles, descriptions, images, stock, and prices are shown as available at the time of browsing. Some prices may be marked as estimated until final pricing is confirmed. Creating a checkout order records your request; it does not guarantee stock or instant shipment.
1.8 Quick Mart: payment and fulfillment
Interac e-Transfer, invoice payment, pay on delivery, and cash at pickup are offered at checkout. Online card payments via Stripe may be added later. Checkout creates an order record; unpaid methods remain pending until we confirm payment or fulfillment. Delivery and pickup depend on service area, product availability, and our acceptance of the order.
1.9 Quick Mart: changes and issues
To change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with your order number. We will tell you what is still possible once preparation has started. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us with your order number and details so we can review a fair remedy under applicable consumer law.
1.10 User content (reviews and testimonials)
If you submit reviews, testimonials, or similar content, you grant Nova Anchor Management a non-exclusive licence to moderate, edit for length/clarity, and publish approved submissions on our sites. Do not submit unlawful, false, or infringing content. We may decline or remove content at our discretion.
1.11 Newsletter and messages
If you subscribe to our newsletter or ask to be contacted, we will use your details for that purpose. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the method provided (or by emailing us). Transactional messages about bookings or orders may still be sent when needed.
1.12 Intellectual property
Content, graphics, logos, product imagery, and materials on this website are the property of Nova Anchor Management or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute them for commercial use without written consent.
1.13 External links and third parties
The site may link to third-party websites or tools (for example messaging apps). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
1.14 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nova Anchor Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under Québec or Canadian consumer protection law.
1.15 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms for future use.
1.16 Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Montréal, Québec, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise. Questions: info@novaanchormanagement.com or +1 (514) 545-5085.

This Privacy Policy explains how Nova Anchor Management collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use our website, forms, bookings, careers, testimonials, newsletter, and the Quick Mart store. It is written for users in Canada, including Québec (PIPEDA and Québec privacy law, including Law 25 where applicable).

2.3 Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect: identity and contact details; message content (Contact); booking details (service, preferred schedule); job application materials (including resume filename/metadata you upload); testimonials and reviews; newsletter email; Quick Mart order and customer details (name, email, phone, delivery address, order lines and totals, fulfillment choice); and limited technical data (for example IP address, browser type, device/session signals) plus cookie preference choices stored in your browser.
2.4 How we collect information
We collect information you submit through forms and checkout; information created when you use the site (logs, sessions, cart); and, if you consent, optional analytics data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for Quick Mart or marketing without appropriate consent.

2.6 Consent and marketing
Where consent is required, we seek it in a clear way for a specific purpose (for example optional analytics cookies, or newsletter signup). Order or booking processing does not by itself authorize unrelated marketing. You may withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting us or using Cookie Preferences / unsubscribe links.
2.7 Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email delivery, or payment instructions channels) under confidentiality and only as needed for their task.
2.8 Storage, security, and retention
Form and order data are stored in our application databases used by authorized Nova Anchor staff. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required for legal, tax, or dispute reasons.
2.9 Transfers outside Québec / Canada
If hosting or tools process data outside Québec or Canada, information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Where we use such providers, we take reasonable contractual and organizational steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
2.10 Your rights
Subject to applicable Québec and Canadian privacy law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and information about how it is processed. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email info@novaanchormanagement.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
2.11 Complaints
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also have the right to complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (CAI) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as applicable.
2.12 Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date on this page will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
